As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing high-quality patient-centered care and contributing to the overall well-being of patients. Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological conditions to develop comprehensive care plans.

  • Care Planning: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans, considering patients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with clear and accurate information about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
  • Treatment Execution: Perform various medical procedures and treatments, such as wound care, IV therapy, and monitoring vital signs, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and cohesive patient care.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' rights and preferences are respected and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Emergency Response: Remain calm and competent during emergencies, providing swift and appropriate interventions to stabilize patients' conditions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and relevant policies to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree (preferred) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interactions and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, especially in critical situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for precise documentation and care planning.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and healthcare technology.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving healthcare practices and regulations.
